New World Visions  ·  3 Generation Plumbing  ·  Houston, Texas

Three directions for the site.

Same content architecture in all three, built for the buyer that actually matters here: a general contractor's estimator or project executive deciding whether this company belongs on a bid list. Open each one and scroll. The lower half is where they diverge.

Nothing on any of these pages is invented. Every licence number, bonding figure, insurance limit, safety rating and project is a visible dotted placeholder tagged with who has to supply it. Direction A counts 98 outstanding fields, C counts 85. The four photographs are generated and labelled as representative, not as 3 Generation Plumbing's work.

DIRECTION A

The Record

A general contractor demands a prequalification package anyway, so publish it. Paper white, one steel blue used almost nowhere, everything numbered and tabular. It audits itself and prints its own missing information as the finale.

"We install the water, waste, medical gas and process piping inside buildings that cannot be taken offline."

DIRECTION B

Third Generation

Their name is the only asset they own. GCs are genuinely afraid of a sub going under mid-project, so continuity is a procurement argument, not a family story. Warm stone and copper, with the credentials kept cold and tabular underneath.

"Three generations of pipe, and the same name on the warranty."

DIRECTION C

Systems

The subject is the building's system, not the company. Built as a drawing set, sheets S-01 to S-07 with a working title block, carrying a real isometric sanitary stack drawn on a true 30 degree axis with proper callouts.

"Water, waste, vent and process systems for commercial buildings."
